1.Personal Information You Choose to Provide
When you register for AllClear products or services you provide us information about yourself.
If you choose to purchase our products or services, you will need to provide industry standard information for AllClear to obtain payment from your card service provider. PCSI Compliance is maintained. Card details are destroyed permanently and immediately the purchase has been transacted.
Copy invoices are kept for 7 years to meet U.K. government demands for VAT and Tax Returns.
AllClear Water Purifiers’ services and products are based on providing personal, individual advice and bespoke systems/ratings for the treatment of your influent water primarily, although not exclusively, for the protection of fish. Water report analysis is an integral part of this service.
When seeking our technical advice, for your and our protection, whichever method you choose to correspond with us whether it is via telephone, post, email or our website, we may retain record of the advice given by AllClear including your name, contact details, fish/water related information, the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.
Your Name, Purchases & Mailing address will be retained on hard copy and, if appropriate electronically, until you request that they be permanently erased.
You may notify us at any time if you wish to permanently erase your personal details. Notifications of this kind can be communicated by telephone, by post or by email. To this end, a register will be kept logging name and date of data erasure request and actual erasure.
We only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it.
2. Information Sharing
We do not share, sell, lend or lease any of the information that uniquely identifies a customer (such as email addresses or personal details) with anyone except to the extent it is necessary to process transactions or provide services that you have requested. E.g. At your specific request, and with your full knowledge, we will share information with other appropriate professionals in order to seek solutions for fish health and/or water quality problems.
We do not collect, utilise ourselves or supply your data to third parties for marketing purposes of any kind.
4. Access and Correction of information
You may request access to or correct mistakes in all of your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our records by emailing us or in writing.
5. Legally Compelled Disclosure of Information
We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights. We may also disclose account information when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms of Service or to protect the safety of our users and the Public.
6. A Special Note About Children
Children are not eligible to use our services unsupervised and we ask that children (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you can use this service only with permission and in conjunction with supervision by your parents or guardians.
7. Your Legal Rights:
You have the right to request:
...access to your personal data (commonly known as a "data subject access request"). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
...correction of the personal data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.
...erasure of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it.
You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal data where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing, where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your personal data to comply with local law.
Note: However, we may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.
